Assessments for children aged 8 to Adult conducted at Rachel's home in Brentford, your child’s school, your workplace or at your own home.
Includes:
Comprehensive assessment session
Detailed written report with recommendations
30-minute follow-up telephone call if required
Cost: £550
Payment Details:
Deposit: £100 upon booking
Balance: £450 due two days before the assessment

How can an Assessment help?
Initial Consultation:
Telephone call to determine suitability
Questionnaires:
Parent questionnaire about developmental history and current situation
Visual difficulties questionnaire
School questionnaire emailed directly to teachers for completion
Preparation:
Recent standard eye test carried out within the last two years
Submission of any prior reports from specialist assessments or professionals, such as speech and language therapists, occupational therapists or educational psychologists
The Assessment Session:
Lasts up to 3 hours with breaks
Involves standardised tests in reading, writing, spelling, and handwriting, cognitive, verbal and visual skills
Post-Assessment:
Comprehensive written report within three weeks
Includes strengths, challenges, and tailored recommendations
Follow-up telephone consultation available
